How it works?

Get Your Corporate Card
- To obtain a Waves Laundromat Corporate Card, simply reach out to us to request one.
- Once issued, your Corporate Card will be a RFID physical card with a unique Corporate Card Number and a QR code on the back.

Registration and Login
- Upon receiving your Corporate Card, scan the QR code with your phone to be directed to a web page.
- First-time users will need to register by providing their Corporate Card Number, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth.
- Returning users can simply log in using their Corporate Card Number, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth.

Dashboard Features
- After registration or login, you will land on a dashboard where you can view and update your personal details.
- The dashboard includes a recharge module, allowing you to top up your card with virtual credit.
- Virtual credit can be used at all Waves Laundromat locations.

Recharge Options
- Recharge your Corporate Card using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or EFTPOS.
- Enjoy extra credit bonuses ranging from 5% to 15% based on the recharge value.
- Receive a tax invoice for every top-up transaction, which can be used for tax purposes.

Usage and Benefits
- Use your Corporate Card to pay for laundry services without any additional surcharge.
- The card has no cash value, and virtual credit cannot be refunded.
